She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord's feet listening to what he said. But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, "Lord, don't you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!"
"Martha, Martha" the Lord answerd," you are worried and upset about many things, but only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her."

If you are over run by so many things around you, the very 1st thing you should do is to lay it down at the feet of Jesus. instead of running around doing so much stuff and panicking like a chicken with it's head chopped off, many a times we have failed to look to Him and trust Him when He says not to worry, but find rest in Him to take His yoke upon you. For His yoke is always light and easy to bear.
